My primary research interest revolves around the measurement and prediction human performance, with a specific emphasis on evaluating the skills and behaviors associated with effective leadership. Specifically, I am interested in visionary leadership, popular measures of managerial skills (e.g., assessment centers and 360 degree Feedback), and altruism at work. Secondary interests include the impact of narcissism on leader integrity and effectiveness, the importance of performance consistency to individual and organizational effectiveness, and research methods.
