Professor Hoffman CV My primary research interest revolves around the measurement and prediction human performance, with a specific emphasis on evaluating the skills and behaviors associated with effective leadership. Specifically, I am interested in visionary leadership, popular measures of managerial skills (e.g., assessment centers and 360 degree Feedback), and altruism at work.
