Cassidy Gaddie (she/her)


Bio: Cassidy grew up in Norman, Oklahoma and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Nonprofit Organizational Studies in 2020 from the University of Oklahoma. Her research interests include leadership, employee well-being, selection, and the changing nature of work. Outside of work and class, Cassidy enjoys cuddling up with her English Bulldog Bandit, hiking, and traveling.

Bio: Sierra is from Austin, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2019 with a B.S. in Psychology. At UGA, Sierra works with both Dr. Brian Hoffman and Dr. Neal Outland. Research interests include leadership within teams, emerging technologies and automation of work, and ageism in organizations. Sierra enjoys reading, camping, and watching British celebrity game shows.

Talia Culotta


Bio: Talia grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and received her B.S. in Psychology from Stetson University in 2021. Her research interests include work teams and leadership. Specifically, she is interested in investigating the individual differences that contribute to group effectiveness or, conversely, result in counterproductive workplace behavior. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading, or playing with her kitten, Finley.

Bio: Brandon grew up in Lilburn, Georgia and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UGA in 2021. His research interests include selection and assessment, diversity and inclusion, and the changing nature of work as it relates to novel technologies. When not focusing on school, he enjoys playing tennis, badminton, hiking, and going to the dog park with his dog Bella.
