Cassidy Gaddie, M.S, ABD Email: cassidyg@uga.edu Bio: Cassidy is from Norman, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Psychology in 2020, and earned her Master's from UGA in 2024. Her research interests include employee well-being, turnover, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her dogs Georgia and Lucie. Sierra Stryker Email: sierra.stryker@uga.edu Bio: Sierra is from Austin, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2019 with a B.S. in Psychology. At UGA, Sierra works with both Dr. Brian Hoffman and Dr. Neal Outland. Research interests include leadership within teams, emerging technologies and automation of work, and ageism in organizations. Sierra enjoys reading, camping, and watching British celebrity game shows. Talia Culotta Email: Talia.Culotta@uga.edu Bio: Talia grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and received her B.S. in Psychology from Stetson University in 2021. Her research interests include leadership (especially informal forms of leadership), star performers, and talent management broadly speaking. Talia spent three years working on assessment centers with the Carl Vinson Institute of Government, but has wanted to be a psychology professor since she was twelve years old and plans on continuing in academia once she graduates. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading, or playing with her kitten, Finley. Brandon Kang Email: brandon.kang@uga.edu Bio: Brandon grew up in Lilburn, Georgia and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UGA in 2021. His research interests include selection and assessment, diversity and inclusion, and the changing nature of work as it relates to novel technologies. When not focusing on school, he enjoys playing tennis, badminton, hiking, and going to the dog park with his dog Margot. Carsynn Miller Email: Carsynn.Miller@uga.edu Bio: Carsynn grew up in the Atlanta metropolitan area and earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business from UGA in 2023. Her work sits at the intersection of organizational research, people analytics, and talent management. Carsynn's current research focuses on leadership and mentoring, employee selection and assessment, quantitative methods, and employee well-being. She also brings applied experience in talent assessment, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and HR consulting, with an emphasis on translating rigorous research into practical, evidence-based solutions for organizations. In her free time, Carsynn enjoys exploring her creative side through crafting, discovering new spots around the city, reviewing movies, and spending time with her cat, Maxine.
